Working in the field of intellectual property since 2009 and a partner at von Rohr since 2013, Christopher Weyers advises and assists German and international clients as a German Patent Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney and Professional Representative before the European Patent Office. His work focuses on drafting and prosecuting national and international patent applications as well as on opinions and proceedings on infringement and validity of patents. He is an expert in the fields of electronics, digital technologies including software and medical technology.

Due to his research activities at the Institute for Integrated Systems at the University of Bochum, Christopher Weyers has extensive experience in circuit design, high frequency and radio systems and communications engineering as well as in measurement, assembly, sensor and semiconductor technologies. For his dissertation in the field of Gigabit Wireless Systems he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Engineering in 2009.
