Dr. Sebastian Groh

Graduate Physicist

As a patent attorney, Sebastian Groh counsels and represents national and international clients across the entire range of intellectual property. In addition to trademark and design law, this includes in particular the field of technical property rights, such as patents and utility models.

Sebastian Groh has been active in the field of intellectual property since 2014, having previously worked as a physicist in the interdisciplinary field of applied plasma physics between the disciplines of physics, chemistry and engineering. Within the framework of international research projects on the development of methods in analytical chemistry, he has been involved in bringing theoretical knowledge to concrete application. Dealing with the special challenges of development work in order to find new solutions for old and new problems made up a significant part of his research.

“In order to yield economic success, good ideas need a stable foundation. Fitting intellectual property rights ensure appropriate protection in the market. Operating at the junction of technological and legal aspects, we provide support for our clients in finding the individually optimal strategy.”
