He is also a Professional Representative before the European Patent Office and regularly represents the interests of his clients before infringement courts in patent and design matters.

Due to his studies of information technology and his subsequent research activities in international projects, Oliver Hoffmann has an extensive wealth of knowledge in telecommunications and semiconductor technology. His expertise is complemented by many years of practical experience in the industry. His research and development activities focused on evaluation methods for radio systems and transmission processes as well as methods to increase the efficiency of wireless networks.
